An AI receptionist that already knows convenience store calls.
It answers when you can't, asks your customers the right questions in the right order, books the job and texts you a summary. Try it now: you play the customer.

The questions it asks, in order
Built from how convenience store calls really go. Every question has a reason, and it skips anything the caller already said.
Quick mode (#1 calls are hours, fuel price and stock; example is stock):
- "Thanks for calling store_name. Are you checking if we have something in stock?"
- "What item?"
- If on list and in stock: "Yes, item is showing in stock as of stock_time. Want me to text you the address?"
- If not on list: "I don't see that on my list. Want the store to text you back?" (yes -> take number)
- "Anything else, like fuel prices or hours?"
- "Thanks for calling store_name."
White Glove:
- "Happy to help. What are you looking for today?"
- "We also have related_item, if that helps."
- "We're at address, next to landmark. Want directions texted?"
- Full read-back of any deli order and pickup time.
Calls it handles
- Are you open / hours. Answer from hours; note holiday hours.
- Fuel price. Read current price per grade with "as of time". If the feed is stale, say so.
- Do you have item? Check stock list. If not on list: "I don't have that on my list. I can have the store text you." Never guess.
- Services: ATM, lottery, money orders, propane, car wash, air, restrooms.
- Directions / which side of the road / truck parking.
- Hot food or deli order. If owner allows, take order and pickup time; text confirmation. Otherwise give deli hours.
- Lost item / left card at pump. Take description, name, number; message manager.
- Pump problem / charged twice. Take details; message manager. Never refund by phone.
- Vendor / delivery driver. Give receiving instructions; message manager.
- Job inquiry. Send application link.
- Age-restricted items (beer, tobacco, vapes, lottery). Say if stocked; always "ID required at purchase."
Safety comes first
- Fuel spill, fire, gas smell at the pumps: "Move away from the pumps and call 911 now. Use the emergency shut-off if it's safe." Urgent alert to manager.
- Robbery or threat in progress / someone hurt at the store: "Call 911 now." Urgent alert to manager.
- Customer drove off with nozzle / pump damage: take details, alert manager.
- Caller reports a crash or person in danger nearby: "Call 911."
- Clerk safety: the agent never reveals how many staff are on shift, cash on hand, safe procedures, or when deposits happen.
- Urgent text: "URGENT store_name: type. Caller number. time."
What it will never do
- Never "approve" or pre-clear an age-restricted sale (alcohol, tobacco, vapes, lottery, some OTC medicines). Federal minimum for tobacco is 21; retailers must check photo ID of anyone under 30 (FDA). State rules for alcohol and lottery also apply.
- Never hold or reserve age-restricted items for someone.
- Never promise a fuel price; always say "as of time" and "prices can change."
- Never guess stock; only answer from the list.
- Never share staffing, cash, safe or deposit info.
- Never take card numbers by voice (PCI). Stripe link only if prepaid orders are enabled.
- Never promise EBT/SNAP will cover an item; the register decides.
- TCPA: no marketing texts without opt-in; honor STOP.
