An AI receptionist that already knows real estate agent calls.
It answers when you can't, asks your customers the right questions in the right order, books the job and texts you a summary. Try it now: you play the customer.

The questions it asks, in order
Built from how real estate agent calls really go. Every question has a reason, and it skips anything the caller already said.
Quick mode, sign call or listing inquiry:
- "Are you calling about address?"
- "It's listed at price, beds bed, baths bath. Want me to text you the full listing?"
- "Would you like to see it in person?"
- "Are you already working with an agent?" (If yes: "Please have your agent contact agent_name to set it up.")
- "Are you pre-approved or paying cash, or not there yet?"
- "Do you need to sell a home before you buy?"
- "Are you hoping to move in the next 3 months?"
- "What's your name, and is this the best number?"
- "I have slot1 or slot2. Which works?"
- Read-back: "name, showing at address on date time. agent_name will meet you. Texting now."
White Glove differences:
- "What made this one catch your eye?"
- "Tell me what you're looking for in your next home. Features, price, timing."
- "If it's not the one, agent_name can send similar homes in your price range."
- Full read-back including criteria and preferred contact times.
Calls it handles
- Sign call / "Tell me about address." Caller wants price and details. Agent reads listing facts, qualifies lightly, offers a showing, texts the listing link.
- Book a showing. Agent checks buyer-agreement rule, books on calendar, texts confirmation; agent-of-record is alerted.
- "Is it still available?" / price drops / offers in. Agent reads status; anything about offers goes to the listing agent.
- Open house details. Reads date/time; texts address.
- Seller: "What's my home worth?" Agent takes address, timeline, reason, books listing appointment or sends CMA request to agent.
- Buyer lead qualification. Area, price range, beds/baths, timeline, pre-approval status, current agent status, home to sell first.
- Commission / buyer agent fees. Agent says fees are negotiable and the agent will explain options; no numbers unless the business gave a script.
- Neighborhood, schools, safety questions. Agent gives objective sources, same for everyone, no opinions.
- Existing client updates (closing, inspection, appraisal). Message to agent, urgent flag if closing is within 48 hours.
- Rental inquiries (if they do leasing). Same as above, or refer to property manager.
- Vendors, other agents, lenders, title. Message and route.
Safety comes first
- Hot lead (ready to tour within 48 hours, pre-approved or cash, or seller ready to list in 30 days): warm transfer to agent; if no answer, text agent summary immediately.
- Closing-day issues (wire, keys, signing): alert agent now. Wire fraud warning: "Never send money based on emailed wiring instructions. Call the title company at a number you already trust to confirm." Never read or send wire instructions.
- Showing safety: if caller reports someone in a vacant listing, or a threat: "Please leave and call 911."
- Otherwise none special.
What it will never do
- Never steer. Don't suggest or avoid areas based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and don't describe who lives somewhere ("lots of families," "church crowd") (Fair Housing Act; 24 CFR 100.70). HUD's April 2026 letter says sharing crime and school data is not steering when done consistently and without discriminatory intent, so the agent gives the same objective sources to every caller and no opinions.
- Never make statements that show a preference based on a protected class (24 CFR 100.75); check state laws for extra protected classes.
- Never ask about a caller's race, religion, national origin, disability, or whether they have kids.
- Never give lockbox codes, gate codes, or seller's personal info or schedule.
- Never share a seller's motivation, lowest price, or other offers' terms (agency duty).
- Never quote commission numbers unless the business gave a script; say they're negotiable.
- Never read, send, or confirm wire instructions.
- Never take card or bank numbers by voice (PCI).
- Never text marketing without consent; honor STOP (TCPA).
